Project Manager – Gas plant projects

Management, leadership and client focus
As a Project Manager you will typically be performing tasks within the management and leadership of projects. As such, your main focus is on primarily onshore gas plant projects and some offshore projects and you will be closely involved in the full project life cycle, from feasibility studies over detailed design to commissioning. All this you will of cause do in accordance with Ramboll's project management system and lean principles. Further, a key responsibility is to establish effective relationships with clients and build a wide and effective network of contacts within the gas market.

• Prepare proposals
Take responsibility for the clients’ needs, projects and people
With your Project Manager experience, you easily navigate in the mix between project management, leadership, client contact and project members. This means that you will be using your exceptional communication skills, your commitment and your ability to see the big picture. Further, you are great at motivating people to do their best so they take responsibility for their own and project tasks. This you do by using your empathy, listening and building team spirit and reconciling conflicts. Finally, it is natural for you to establish good relationships with clients but also in our organisation.
To be a success in this position, we imagine that you have:
• M.Sc. Engineer, Mechanical or Chemical
• Minimum 5 years of multi-disciplinary project lead and/or project management experience
• Engineering experience from working with gas plants, e.g. Gas Storage Facilities and/or Gas Terminals
• Knowledge of or interest in preparation of proposals
• Knowledge of engineering and/or consultancy business is preferred
Your new colleagues
The Process Department in Copenhagen works primarily within the area of onshore oil and gas facilities (gas receiving terminals, gas storage facilities, compressor stations, M&R stations, LNG, CNG) and is specialised within flow assurance and SCADA systems.
We are used to participating from the feasibility stage over FEED studies, basic and detailed engineering to supervision, construction management, start-up and commissioning. On several occasions we have worked closely with our clients in integrated project organisations.
You will be part of Ramboll’s project organisation and refer directly to the Department Director.
