Waarom wordt in het engels vaak de term 'eigentime' gebruikt? Vaak zie je ook wel propertime (wiki), maar zou er een Nederlander die term bedacht hebben of zo? Ik vind het wel apart.

Over dat 'more distinctive': 'proper' is verwarrend omdat het ook andere betekenissen heeft, naast eigen: ook fatsoenlijk en goed.
