Ik weet wat 't verschil is tussen 'than' en 'then', maar nu komt een vriendin van mij met de stelling dat de volgende zin goed is:

'Be strong, than I'll be strong for you'

Het moet toch 'then' zijn in plaats van 'than', aangezien 'than' wordt gebruikt voor vergelijkingen, en ik zie hier geen vergelijking staan.

en in uitdrukkingen dus.

THAN

Unlike then, than is not related to time. Than is used in comparative statements.

~I bought apples from this orchard last summer, but I seem to remember paying more for them then.

~Look over the study guide first, and then if you still have questions bring them up in class.
